We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager that is keen to take on the challenges to ensure that FindHotel users can always find the best rate from every supplier in the market.
You will be an expert that closely follows accommodation distribution and pricing trends, nurtures and grows our relationship with our existing supply partners as well as find new supply partners that will complement our portfolio.
To increase the number of travellers that will see and get access to our accommodation deals you will find new opportunities and partners to drive demand to the FindHotel website. Our demand partners will benefit from our best in class technology, most comprehensive data on user accommodation research and booking behaviour and most comprehensive selection of accommodation deals in the market.
You will collaborate closely with our analysts, product and engineering team to fine tune our product offering based on market input and needs.
You are a business development and partner management expert with strong analytical skills and advanced technical understanding. You are driven by success, know how to prioritise and handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
As a Partnerships Manager you have a unique chance to have a great impact on the further growth and success of FindHotel.
What we expect from you:
You will own the relationship of a defined set of key supply partners: Take the partnerships to the next level, grow partner and FindHotel business by designing and implementing real win/win solutions.
You will analyse supply market and acquire new partners for FindHotel. In the next 6 month you will acquire every month two new supply partners that will bring new rates (“deals”), inventory and content to FindHotel.
You will further develop our business by finding key demand opportunities and partners for FindHotel.
You will establish and grow the relationship with key demand partners, understand their business needs, design and implement creative solutions that will be key for them to grow their business, while we drive more demand to FindHotel.
You will collaborate closely with analysts and our product and engineering team, finance and customer service to launch and optimise our partner-centric solutions.
Some of the challenges for the partnerships team in the next months:
Get full visibility on the accommodation supply market (Wholesaler & Direct integrations), create a pipeline and implementation roadmap prioritised based on business impact for the next year. Expectation is to add at least two new supply partners every month to our portfolio.
Unlock new rates from existing supply partners like member or secret deals that they haven’t widely distributed outside of their own website.
Design and set-up our new demand partnerships business from scratch. We have very ambitious targets to grow this business and reach first scale.
What you bring to the table:
Solid experience in business development and partnerships management. You have a proven record of growing the business by creating real value for partners.
Excellent knowledge of the accommodation market and the travel industry. You understand how pricing and supply influences user decisions and demand in the travel market.
Excellent communication and networking skills, ability to quickly gain trust from partners, team members and management.
Highly analytical and data driven, make decisions based on facts.
Good understanding of accommodation distribution technology, not afraid to have technical conversations with our supply and demand partners.
Curiosity to understand the business, strategy and requirements to further drive FindHotel growth.
A result-driven attitude: you do what it takes to grow the business and succeed in a start up environment.
A creative approach: you are not afraid to try out new ways of working and to challenge the status quo.
Focus on quality and best in class customer service, while keeping the right balance with the speed of adding new supply and demand partner.
Experience working in an international environment, preferably in a (remote-friendly) start/scale-up.
Bonus points if you have a strong network with suppliers and potential demand partners within the industry.
