Partnerships Manager (remote or relocation possible)

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager that is keen to take on the challenge of ensuring that our customers at FindHotel always have access to the best deals from every supplier in the market.
You will be an expert that closely follows accommodation distribution and pricing trends, nurtures and grows our relationships with our existing supply partners as well as find new supply partners that will complement our existing portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with our analysts, product, marketing and engineering team to fine tune our product offering based on market input and needs, while sharing insights with our team which are gathered from your external communications with our partners.
You are a business development and partner management expert with strong analytical skills and advanced technical understanding. You are driven by success, know how to prioritise and handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
As a Partnerships Manager you have a unique chance to have a great impact on the further growth and success of FindHotel.
What we expect from you:
You will own the relationships for a defined set of key supply partners - you will take the relationships to the next level through unlocking key growth opportunities and implementing these across the FindHotel platform (and beyond).
You will analyse the supply market and acquire new partners for FindHotel - your curiosity will bring you to many different demand channels to see who’s got the best rates, and more importantly, figure out how you’re going to bring those to FindHotel
You will collaborate closely with analysts, product, marketing and engineering teams, finance and customer service to launch and optimize our partner first integrations.
Some of the challenges for the supply team in the coming quarters:
Maintain a full pipeline of high-quality integration targets within the accommodation supply market, prioritized by business impact, and work closely together with our integrations team to ensure timely go-to-market.
Continue to grow our relationships with our existing suppliers in order to uncover the best available rates that aren’t being widely distributed elsewhere and bring those to our FindHotel customers.
What you bring to the table:
Solid experience in business development and partnerships management. You have a proven record of growing the business by creating real value for partners.
Excellent knowledge of the accommodation market and the travel industry. You understand how pricing and supply influences user decisions and demand in the travel market.
Excellent communication and networking skills, ability to quickly gain trust from partners, team members and management.
Highly analytical and data driven, able to make decisions based on facts.
Good understanding of accommodation distribution technology, not afraid to have technical conversations with our supply and demand partners.
A drive to understand the business, strategy and requirements to further drive FindHotel growth.

Experience working in an international environment, preferably in a (remote-friendly) start/scale-up.
Bonus points if you have a strong network with suppliers within the industry.
