What you will do:
Own performance of different channels (with the main focus on paid search) and smartly manage day-to-day operations
Prioritize, plan and optimize marketing campaigns using performance data
Find next growth opportunities
Collaborate with our data analysts, scientists & engineers to adjust and continuously improve our decision-making systems
Conduct and evaluate A/B tests. Learn from continuous experimentation
Build strong long-lasting relationships with account managers. Initiate, manage and communicate new projects and initiatives.
Conduct researches about new online marketing opportunities/solutions and write proposals on how to utilize them
Who you are:
You have 2+ years of hands-on experience using data to drive marketing decisions and managing search engine campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
You are detail-oriented, thorough, and precise
You have the analytical skills to be able to dive deep into the data to guide strategy or prioritization decisions
You are an excellent communicator and are experienced in managing relationships, both external & internal
You are comfortable working with large, multi-dimensional data sets
Technical must have Advanced SQL, experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
You have sound statistical knowledge and know how to apply them in practice
It is great if you know:
Python programming language and how to use Git and Jupyter notebook
Display, Facebook, affiliate advertising (any or all of them)
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
