We are now looking for an HR Administrator to join our People Operations team, reporting directly to our CEO (and eventually our Head of People). We're growing fast this year and we are ready to welcome our next HR hero who will support us while we scale our organisation. What you will do:

  • Be the go-to person for all HR administrative tasks, enquiries and support, for example: drafting contracts and assisting with necessary paperwork but also ad-hoc support for team members
  • Oversee and arrange the relocation processes for new hires
  • Build strong foundations for all relationships by being the first point of contact for our team members
  • Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Champion our mission, vision & values, both inside and outside the organisation
  • Organise the onboarding and off-boarding of team members, making sure employee experience is always of upmost important
  • Maintain our HR system and provide reports while ensuring highest data quality and accuracy
  • Participate in various HR projects, for example employer branding
  • Support with recruitment coordinating tasks, help us offer a great experience to candidates during the hiring process.

Requirements


  • Some experience in an HR role, ideally having studied HR in some capacity.
  • You take pride in your administration skills and prioritisation
  • Fluency in English; with Dutch as a second language (we're 100% international, but our core team is Amsterdam based and we work under Dutch employment laws)
