We are now looking for an HR Administrator to join our People Operations team. We’re growing fast this year and we are ready to bring on board the next HR hero who will support us while we scale our organisation. At FindHotel, we keep creating growth opportunities and countless chances to have an impact, starting with an onboarding process to processes/practices across the organisation.
What you will do:
Be a bridge of communication between our employees and our external partners for the VISA and 30% ruling applications
Oversee and arrange the relocation process for new hires and ensure each new team member has an excellent experience
Be the first point of contact for our team members, build relationships and provide an outstanding experience
Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Champion our mission, vision & values, both inside and outside the organization
Organize the onboarding of new team members and make sure they are off to an awesome start in the team
Manage the offboarding of exiting team members, including a nice farewell
Maintain our HRIS up to date and provide reports while ensuring highest data quality and accuracy
Act as the go-to person for the team and be ready to respond to HR inquiries and be ready to support our team members to the best of your abilities
Support with administrative tasks such as contract creation and other documents during the employee lifecycle at FindHotel
Participate in various HR projects and in our efforts in creating more visibility for our brand on our social media channels
Support with recruitment coordinating tasks, help us offer a great experience to candidates during the hiring process.
You should have 2 years experience in an HR role, ideally you have also finished your studies in HR
You take pride in your administration and organizational skills
You have the ability to work accurately and to keep an eye on details, nothing gets by unnoticed in our administration and processes
You posses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you will be interacting with over 25 different nationalities
You have good knowledge and understanding of the Dutch labor law
You have an understanding and/or experience with various HRIS
You have strong critical thinking skills that you can apply in the day to day life.
