FindHotel’s mission is to get every traveller in the world the best accommodation deal. We are the largest independent and proudly self-funded hotel booking platform in the world today. Since 2016, we have grown the team from 20 to 70 with plans to triple our headcount by the end of 2022. Our ability to attract and retain the best talent has a significant impact on the success of FindHotel and our future growth.
We’re looking for our first Head of People to play a crucial part in our plans to scale. This forward-thinking individual will work closely with senior management to devise a plan and structure to get the very best out of our team members based in Amsterdam and remotely. The successful candidate will take the lead on building a world-class working culture, refining and shaping our processes and practices across the entire ‘people’ spectrum. Reporting to our founder and CEO, Oz Har Adir, this is a permanent role based in Amsterdam leading a growing team of 3.
Supporting our internal Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers in improving and refining our recruitment processes and achieve a more diverse and balanced workforce
Contributing to employer branding efforts to support the attraction of top global talent
Ensuring management standards are met and leaders are nurtured to get the best out of their team members across multiple different verticals & specialisms
Improving our organisational design in order to prepare for rapid growth and scale
Help team members find their growth path within the company and envision their career progression
Managing our contracting & compensation model across full-time / remote / freelance
Leading our learning & development efforts, from conferences to language courses to leadership development and internal knowledge sharing
Shaping, defining and improving our company benefits offering, leading to unrivaled employee satisfaction
Improving the feedback & performance review methods across the company and how our team members are assessed, recognised and compensated
